Request for Proposal – Independent Impact Assessment
The GBVF Response Fund seeks to appoint an INDEPENDENT IMPACT ASSESSMENT partner to support the comprehensive evaluation of RFP2-funded interventions, including assessing their relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, and contribution to impact; analysing the capacity development model implemented through the Grant Management Partner; identifying good practices, innovations, and lessons learned; documenting impact stories and case studies; and providing actionable recommendations to inform strategic decision-making, strengthen accountability, and guide adaptive programming for current and future funding cycles.
