Ms. Ella Mangisa has more than 15 years of experience in human rights, community development and empowerment, with a strong focus on supporting township, peri-urban

and rural communities. She serves as the Chairperson of the African Women’s Independent Forum. She is currently the Director of Ilitha Labantu.
